Townhomes in Dallas are typically found in townhome communities.  These communities tend to be in newer and better areas of Dallas and the surrounding suburbs.  Townhomes can range from being 1 bedroom to even 4 bedrooms!  Some townhomes include attached garages, and others can even include small fenced in yards.

Townhomes tend to be found more in the suburbs of Dallas. This would include North Dallas, Plano, Frisco and more.  Townhomes do not exist in Downtown Dallas (due to space), but are occasionally found in Uptown Dallas.

Townhomes can be rented through individuals or corporations that manage all townhomes in a community. Corporate townhomes are typically a much safer way to lease a townhome, due to a recognized name being responsible for repairs. In addition, corporate managed townhomes offer a much lower deposit, and typically employ a company or individuals to accomplish the repairs that inevitably come up for our clients.
