The company I am working for set my husband and I up with Grant to help us find a place to live in the north dallas area. I let Grant know what I was looking for, and he VERY promptly sent me spreadsheets and videos with a lot of different properties and their amenities. The service I received was wonderful! Grant let us know about upcoming deals at different locations and always answered emails extremely fast! I was so impressed! We ended up finding the perfect apartment with Grant's help via email. Traveling to Dallas from Atlanta is a major part of my job. Staying in hotels 2 to 3 weeks out of the month takes its toll. I found Ruth on craigslist and asked her to help me find a small apartment to rent while I'm in the Dallas area. She found the perfect place and location for me. All I had to do was tell her what I was looking for and the price range. Now, I have a home away from home and don't have to stay in hotels when I'm in Dallas for business. Thanks so much. Apartment Sneak Peeks did an amazing job helping my wife and I find an apartment. We were relocating from across the country and weren't able to fly down to Dallas to view apartments in person, but they promptly solved that by taking pictures of places we were interested in and sending them to us. She worked nights and weekends for us in order to meet our needs, and of course it was entirely free to us, which is amazing. Highly recommend.‎

Thank goodness for Sneak Peeks; Grant responded very quickly when I first contacted him after I saw a property I liked online. My husband and I called a mere 24 hours before arriving in Dallas from Indianapolis, Indiana. He had accepted a new job and we had 48 hours to find a place to live. They called us back almost immediately and that afternoon had emailed me several wonderful places to look at. She met us at the first location and spent the day showing us place after place that fit all the criteria we had asked for. By the end of the day, we had made our decision and signed the lease the next morning. She was wonderful and we are looking forward to moving to Texas and our new home in Uptown Dallas! Living in Arizona is was very difficult for me to come back and forth to Dallas and locate the perfect little place for me and my daughter. Thankfully I found Sneak Peeks, and they immediately found places within my price range and provided me with information about each address. Any questions I had she immediately emailed me back and kept me updated while still showing me more and more. When it was time to settle on the place (which is precious btw) she showed the place to a relative of mine and I knew it was for me. Everything was done by the phone and via email and now I live in an adorable/affordable condo in a GREAT location and all because of sneak peeks. I inquired online about finding a nice apartment home in Dallas after deciding to relocate from Arlington/Ft Worth. I had no clue about the area. Within minutes I had a response back from Apartment Sneak Peeks. I was VERY impressed with their genuineness and willingness to help me, as well as her knowledge about the areas I wanted to look into. They immediately had me weighing several possibilities and all were within the size and cost I had asked her to search. There was an overwhelming number of possibilities that she narrowed down for me very quickly. They PERSONALLY guided me through the locations I liked and was so helpful in helping me make a quick decision. I am a busy professional and the last thing I wanted was to spend weeks personally visiting multiple properties. Right away she had me in a select few very nice locations, and within 2 hours I had EXACTLY what I was looking for. What a service !

We came from Canada through a corporate relo with JCPenney. Grant was assigned to us, and he was very prompt and professional. I felt like he really understood our needs and sent us personal videos of great choices in advance. It helped us narrow down...and he also toured us personally. He also saved us money due to his relationship with the management of the place we signed at. And, it was all free...no charge. This is a no brainer to use this service.‎

These guys must LIVE by their computer. I sent my request to information to several realtors, and they responded lightning fast on every response. They give great information and also gave me a free tour of my top choices on the same day I contacted them. THEN, they introduced me to 2 other friends in the area, and we've already had lunch twice. I cant say enough about them. Recommend.‎

new city is not only terrifying, but trying to find a place to rent in a metropolitan area with over 600 options is a nightmare. I appreciated the staff at ApartmentSneakPeeks driving me to the properties I selected from their videos they sent me...instead of taking 3 days to find a place, it took us 3 hours and I was able to have a 2-day vacation, on my company! They also saved me $1200 in rent money because they knew where the best specials in DFW were for my needs and move-date...priceless.‎
